Technical support (often shortened to tech support) refers to a plethora of services by which we provide assistance to our clients that use products such as mobile phones, computers and shopping cart software products. In general, technical support services address specific problems with highly skilled personnel that provide support services. Our support for e commerce issues rarely generates a fee. Technical support may be delivered via e-mail, live support software on your website, or a tool where our clients can log a call or incident. We have our own internal technical support available to clients for computer-related problems. In most cases we do not charge for technical support services.
